Southern File & Data Management currently services the storage and off-site document and data management requirements for more than 250 clients throughout the UK. These clients are based predominantly through the M4 corridor – from South Wales to East London and the South Coast, but as far afield as Leeds & Manchester, Glasgow & Edinburgh and even Ireland & Germany. Southern File & Data Managements initial core client base – comprising of mostly solicitors and accountants – has in recent years grown to include organisations from right across the business spectrum. These current clients range in size from small single office operations to large multi-national corporations… many of them household names. In an average month, we service files/boxes movements – in their thousands – in and out of our storage facilities, as well as collecting and delivering computer data for clients who use our ‘disaster recovery’ service. Hospitals, clinics, private research facilities and government establishments – including the Ministry of Defence – have all now taken advantage of our services, and year-after-year the list expands.
